Boost your metabolism

Eat frequently and in small proportions. When you have the traditional 3 big meals a day spaced many hours apart your body is not sure when the next meal will come from so to keep you alive it stores some of the food as fat for energy. If you eat frequently your body realises that there is no need to store fat, as there is a constant supply of food. Aim to eat a balanced meal every 3 hours. You should never feel hungry, this is a sign that your body is storing fat. Avoid this at all times.
